Emilia Kakavani  is strongly committed to privacy issues, and this privacy statement details our approach on such issues. By using this site and submitting any personal data, you agree to the use by Emilia Kakavani of such data in accordance with this privacy statement. Data collection

As part of our value-adding customer communication processes, we may collect and process the following data about you:

Emilia Kakavani has reasonable security policies and procedures in place to protect personal information from unauthorized loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Despite Emilia's Kakavani best efforts, however, security cannot be absolutely guaranteed against all threats. To the best of our ability, access to your personal information is limited to those who have a need to know. The personal data you submit to us will be retained based on specified retention policies which are applicable to each category of data we hold, or as required by law. 

Your rights

You are the only owner of your data and you can update it any time you want!  To do this, you should contact us on emilia.kakavani@gmail.com and inform us of the changes you wish us to make.  You can also change your communication preferences, including to tell us to stop processing your personal data altogether. Even though this means you shall be missing out on interesting and relevant news and alerts from us, this is your right and we will fully respect it. 

If for some extreme reason, you want us to delete your personal data completely, we shall seek to understand the reasons for such a request and will do our best to address the cause for your concern or dissatisfaction.  If however, this remains your preference, we shall perform the necessary actions to remove your personal data from our systems and will only maintain what is required by law or what can is reasonably necessary to satisfy our internal policies and professional obligations. In addition, we remind you that you can withdraw your consent; access the data we hold on you; raise an objection to one or more of the types of processing we conduct; or to exercise your right to portability.

Amendments to this Privacy Policy

We retain the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and changes shall take effect within 5 days from posting to our website, except if the law or our regulatory bodies require a more swift implementation in which case the changes shall be effective immediately.

Governing Law

With respect to any issues not expressly addressed in this Privacy Policy, the laws of Greece apply, and the competent court for the settlement of any dispute which may arise in respect of this privacy policy shall be the District Court of Limassol.

These service providers place a cookie on your device and this then enable us at times to track the success of our advertising campaigns, by using a visitor identification technology such as "web beacons," or "action tags," which count visitors who have come to the Site after being exposed to an Emilia Kakavani banner ad on a third-party site.  We do not use this technology to access your personal information and it is only used to compile aggregated statistics about visitors who come to the Site and to gauge the effectiveness of our ads. The information generated by these beacons is transmitted to us via Google servers in the USA.
